Former TV producer for a big media company in Manila, Justine now champions impactful storytelling despite constraints. Renowned for hit shows like The Voice, she now explores indie theatre and production in Australia, advocating for diverse narratives and marginalised voices.

An emerging queer Filipino artist in Naarm (Melbourne), Ian works in dramaturgy, curation, and performance-making. They have projects in the Philippines and Australia, including "Swimming Pool Made of Moments," "Regine: The Fairy Gay Mother," "Baklang Kanal!," and "it would be a nice place."

Marketing and PR 

A seasoned Marketing and Communications Specialist with over nine years of experience creating campaigns that connect people, brands, and purpose. Her career began in retail and lifestyle marketing, where she learned the value of creativity, agility, and audience engagement.

Creative Associate

Matt Bostock is a Filipino, Chinese-Australian writer-director based on Gadigal Land. A graduate from NIDA’s MFA Writing for Performance, he was a finalist for AACTA’s 2021 Sony Pitch Competition, and a participant in FFS’ Platform Pitch Program as part of Sydney Film Festival 2023. His debut play, Short Blanket, opened to critical acclaim at Meraki Arts Bar in 2023. As a notetaker, he has worked for Goalpost Pictures and Roadshow Rough Diamond. Matt loves to tell stories as a form of truth telling and is passionate about creating socially conscious narratives grounded in emotion, which resonate with audiences.

Creative Associate

An emerging multidisciplinary creative based in Naarm. Working across writing, filmmaking, and photography, her practice weaves themes of multiculturalism and memory, placing women at the centre of her storytelling. Her work has been published by MAV and GEMs, and exhibited with Unassigned Gallery and Our Turn Exhibitions. She completed her studies as a Film Production Major at SAE Institute.

Angelica is currently a programmer with the Melbourne Women in Film Festival.

Ayril Borce is a Filipino-Australian performer, born in Romblon and trained at the National Institute of Dramatic Art, whose work spans Australian musical theatre and stage, including Tarzan: The Stage Musical and Saturday Night Fever. A fearless comic presence, he thrives on transformation, in MR BIG he played the dual roles of Nolet and Alfie, earning praise from The Age as "a comedic force of nature" for the pageantry and mirth he brought to both. A proudly queer artist, Ayril performs with a warmth and full-bodied commitment that make him unforgettable in any room.

Ken Paolo is a queer Pilipino performer whose expressive stage presence and versatility bring depth and charisma to every role. Trained at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), where they specialised in contemporary music and vocal performance, Ken has built a craft grounded in emotional honesty and vocal strength, with credits including Cruel Intentions: The Musical (Doncaster Playhouse), Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (Altona Theatre), and Songs for a New World (Chapel Off Chapel). In MR BIG, Ken brought that same intuition and depth to Dion, earning praise from The Age as “affecting” in a role critics called an uncanny embodiment of a young Diana.

Aiden (pronounced Eye-den) is a Filipino-born performer based in Melbourne, trained at the Elder Conservatorium, where his credits included Spring Awakening, Mamma Mia! and the Emcee in Cabaret. A 2020 Artist of Colour Initiative semi-finalist and 2023 resident artist for Broadway Unplugged, he has since appeared in MTC Cybec Electric’s Malacañang/Montgomery reading, A Transgender Woman on the Internet Crying (Homegrown Theatre), and RENT (Midsumma Festival 2026). In MR BIG he played Jerry, leaning fully into both the comedy and the heartbreak, a range The Age singled out, and he continues to build a practice across stage and screen, with an eye on voice work.

Anna Buenaseda is a Melbourne-based performer who believes it’s never too late to answer the call of the stage. A Nurse Practitioner by profession and an artist at heart, she has spent recent years immersing herself in vocal, dance and acting training, building a practice driven by a desire to challenge age expectations and inspire others to pursue what sets their soul on fire. In MR BIG she played Tess and Nanay across two timelines, a performance The Age praised for how she “shines as the maternal Nanay,” and one Theatre Matters called devastating in its impact.

Myca Guinchoma is a multidisciplinary visual artist with over 10 years of experience in videography and video editing, specialising in events, branding, and digital media. With a foundation in advertising and design, she combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and storytelling to craft meaningful visual narratives. She has collaborated with agencies, brands, performing artists, and creative organisations in Australia and the Philippines.
